Shipping policy
We aim to ship all orders on the day of purchase. Orders placed after 2pm may not be shipped until the following business day.
*During any Sale periods delivery times may be extended for up to 48 hours for all sale item purchased. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. All sale prices are final and we do not offer price adjustments.
We currently ship to addresses within Australia and overseas.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping
- Items under $300 - $10AUD
- Items $300 or more - Complimentary Standard Shipping (2+ business days)
- Express Shipping
- Items under $1500 - $20AUD
- Items $1500 or more - Complimentary Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
International orders
- New Zealand orders have a flat rate of $40AUD *unless shipping rates vary
- Rest of the world orders have a flat rate of $80AUD *unless shipping rates vary
Please note, we do not accept returns for any international orders. We kindly ask to ensure you are comfortable with any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery before placing your order.
*In the event of DHL quoting shipping fees higher than initially anticipated, we may need to contact you before processing your order.
- Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost for international orders. These charges are the responsibilities of the customer to pay upon delivery, and we are not liable for any import duties and taxes incurred.
