Christmas delivery cut off dates

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order as early as possible. Our recommended latest order dates, based on guidance from our delivery partners, are listed below:


Domestic orders (Australia)

- Standard Shipping: Order by 15 December 2025
- Express Shipping: Order by 19 December 2025

If you’re local, we recommend choosing In-Store Collection for the most reliable pre-Christmas pickup.


International Orders

- Order by 8 December 2025

Please note, orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas. For the most accurate information, we suggest checking with your local courier regarding their holiday cut-off dates.

Australian Orders

All orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post.


Standard Shipping

Once dispatched from our warehouse, standard shipping can take 2+ business days for metro delivery and 2-4+ business days in rural areas.

Free shipping is available for orders over $300.
A standard $10 flat shipping fee applies for all orders under $300.


Express Shipping

Once dispatched from our warehouse, express shipping can take 1-2 business days.

Free express shipping is available for orders over $1,500.
A standard $20 flat express shipping fee applies for all orders under $1500.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express. Please note we do not accept returns on international orders. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.


New Zealand

International express shipping to New Zealand can take 1-3+ business days for metro areas.

New Zealand orders will cost a flat $40 AUD for express shipping. *unless shipping rates vary


Rest of the world

International express shipping to the rest of the world can take approximately 3-7+ business days for metro areas.

All orders to the rest of the world will cost a flat $80 AUD for express shipping. *unless shipping rates vary

Duties & Taxes

Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost for International orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery and we are not liable for any import duties and taxes incurred. We also have no control over processing times or duty and tax rates set by customs in each country. If the item is returned to us due to non-payment of duties, these charges will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and processed.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurized or flammable items by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance, aerosol and nail care products cannot be shipped outside Australia.
