In-Store Purchases
For our in-store customers, who have had the chance to try items on, we only offer refunds if the product is deemed faulty.
However if you change your mind within 7 days, you're welcome to exchange any eligible item for another piece or for a credit note.
Our credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
You can return an in-store purchase for a credit note or exchange if the item purchased is unworn, in pristine condition, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached.
Please note, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Fragrances that have been opened
- Swimwear
- Sale items
- Gift vouchers are not able to be returned or redeemed for cash
- Any items previously purchased as part of an exchange or using a credit note
Online Purchases
Returning an online order is easy. Simply try your new items in the comfort of your own home. If you want to return or exchange any eligible items, reach out to our friendly Customer Care team within 3 days of receiving your order.

- Any International orders
Please note our online returns policy is not extended to items purchased via our online store, whilst you're in-store. To clarify, if you have had the opportunity to try on any items before making a purchase, you will be subject to our boutique's in-store return policy.
What is the online return period?
To initiate the returns process please email our customer care team at online@camarguefashion.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order, and the reason for return. Pending approval of your return request, the item must be received by Camargue within 7 days of acceptance.
Please note for in-store collection orders the returns policy starts once the order has been marked as ready for pick up. Any orders collected outside the returns timeframe will not be eligible for refund, only for store credit or exchange.

Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. All sale prices are final and we do not offer price adjustments. If you need assistance prior to purchasing a sale item, please contact our customer care team.
How do I return my online order for a refund, credit note or exchange?
- Email online@camarguefashion.com.au with your online return request.
- Note in your email your order number and if you would like a refund or credit note.
- Return your item via tracked post in a suitable box or satchel to the address we provide you. If you prefer to drop your return to our store, please discuss this with our customer care team.
- For exchanges, once your return has been received and processed by our Customer Care team, we will dispatch your new order with complimentary standard shipping.

How much do returns cost?
Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. Once your returned item has been received, we will send your new order via complimentary standard shipping.
