    Mashroo is one of India’s oldest luxury textiles, dating back to the 14th century. Developed with a silk warp and cotton weft, it allowed silk’s lustrous finish to be worn while keeping cotton against the skin. Traditionally woven in Patan, Mashroo remains a rare craft preserved by a small number of skilled artisans.
