This bottle of perfume is from Stockholm based perfume studio Stora Skuggan. Inspired by the tale of Indra, King of Gods and Yuvanaswa, an ancient king, who accidentally drank a magic potion intended for his wife to bear a child. Instead Yuvanaswa himself bears a child and in order to feed him, Indra slits his thumb, providing the child with life-giving nectar only a God could produce. It is said that this is why babies, being born with the memory of their divine ancestors, still suck their thumbs.
