In The Details – Camargue AW25 Campaign

In The Details – Camargue AW25 Campaign

True luxury is intentional. It’s found in the artful composition of a garment, the thoughtfulness of a space, the way light lingers on fabric. For Camargue’s AW25 campaign, “In The Details”  became more than a theme, it was our guiding philosophy.

We chose to tell this story on location at a beautifully renovated Federation-style house, a masterpiece in its own right. The space blends historical charm with modern refinement, echoing the craftsmanship and attention to detail found in our curated collections. With its rich Art Nouveau interiors, curving lines, intricate floral motifs, and jewel-toned accents, it offered the perfect canvas to frame our AW25 campaign shoot.

The result is a campaign that’s both intimate and layered, where each scene invites you to pause, observe, and savour the finer details.

The Setting: A House with History

The Federation-style home, restored with reverence for its origins, is steeped in the same values that drive Camargue’s brand philosophy, quality, craftsmanship, and an enduring appreciation for beauty. The interiors spoke in the soft language of Art Nouveau: carved wood panelling, stained glass windows casting amber and emerald light, ornate fireplaces with delicate tiling.

Every corner of the house carried an atmosphere of quiet opulence. These weren’t spaces designed to impress at a glance, but to reveal their beauty slowly, much like the garments themselves. The subtle interplay between architecture and fashion became one of the most captivating aspects of the shoot.

The Designers

For our AW25 shoot, we featured many of Camargue's long-standing designers like Dries Van Noten, ACNE Studios and JW Anderson, selecting and curating pieces from their latest collections.

Dries Van Noten

The AW25 Dries Van Noten collection set the tone for our editorial narrative. Known for his mastery of unexpected contrasts, Dries Van Noten explored themes of freedom and the dissolution of imposed order. Think bold prints paired with minimalist tailoring, sculptural silhouettes softened by fluid draping, and a palette that oscillated between moody earth tones and sudden bursts of colour.

Within the Federation home’s refined backdrop, these pieces took on new life, providing colour, edge and statement.

Vivienne Westwood

Vivienne Westwood has always spoken in bold, unapologetic tones. Her AW25 pieces balanced historical reference with subversive edge. This season we loved seeing the addition of tartan to her collection, making a statement in prints, cuts and styles.

Against the backdrop of Art Nouveau curves, Westwood’s designs reminded us that luxury can be as much about breaking rules as following them. We shot a structured tartan coat in front of a minimal linen curtain, letting the tension between tradition and rebellion come to life.

Acne Studios

Acne Studios brought a different energy to the shoot, quiet, modern, and tactile. Their AW25 collection leaned into subtle prints, precision-cut outerwear, and accessories that distilled Scandinavian minimalism into wearable art.

The Federation house provided the perfect foil for Acne’s modern sensibility. Clean-lined cropped trench coats hung like architectural forms against the intricate artwork; whilst the printed silk set added an element of playfulness, contrasted by the modern and laid back couch. Every stitch, every seam felt intentional, an echo of our campaign’s central message that true luxury is felt in the smallest, most considered elements.

JW Anderson

JW Anderson approached AW25 with a sense of play and curiosity. Bold shapes, surreal detailing, and unexpected materials created moments of surprise throughout the collection. In our campaign, these elements became little disruptions within the serene beauty of the location, with a twisted hem or an unconventional silhouette reframing a familiar room.

We styled a sculptural mini dress next to the ornate detailing of a wall sconce and fireplace, bringing the piece to life in a neutral backdrop. Anderson’s work reminded us that luxury isn’t always solemn; sometimes it’s the spark of joy in the unexpected.

Rory William Docherty

New Zealand-based Rory William Docherty closed our designer showcase with a minimal and effortless sensibility that stood in refined contrast to the bold, statement-driven pieces from houses such as Dries Van Noten and JW Anderson. His use of crushed silk fabrications and fluid, understated silhouettes brought a sense of calm. Paired back with sculptural accessories, the looks achieved a delicate balance, sophisticated yet wearable, subtle yet impactful. Docherty’s approach highlighted the power of restraint, where texture and form spoke louder than embellishment.

The Story Beyond the Clothes

More than a showcase of AW25’s most covetable collections, this campaign is a meditation on the art of looking closer. It’s about slowing down, resisting the pull of instant consumption, and rediscovering the pleasure in noticing.

Luxury, in this context, isn’t about excess or spectacle, it’s about intimacy. It’s the way a garment feels when it moves with you, the weight of a button shaped by hand, the way a pattern lines up perfectly at a seam. It’s also in the spaces we inhabit, the curve of a staircase banister smoothed by decades of touch, the imperfect sheen of an antique mirror, the way a shaft of light reveals the grain of a timber floor.

In both fashion and architecture, these details are not accidents; they are the product of time, skill, and vision.

A Season of Intention

As AW25 arrives in-store at Camargue, we invite you to explore it through the lens of this campaign. Step into the world we created, where Dries Van Noten’s bold romanticism meets Acne’s refined minimalism, where Vivienne Westwood’s rebellious tailoring stands alongside Rory William Docherty’s painterly elegance, and where JW Anderson’s playful experimentation sparks unexpected joy.

Like the Federation home that housed our shoot, these collections are built to last, designed to be discovered layer by layer. They’re garments you’ll live with, grow into, and notice new things about each time you wear them.
